Cancellation Policy

In-Home Services

We request that all cancellation of service notification be given with at least two (2) weeks prior notice, if payment has not yet been rendered and training services have not begun. If payment has been received and cancellation notice is given two (2) weeks or more from the scheduled session date, refunds may be issued minus any service fees. In the event that cancellation is made within the two (2) week period leading up to the session, the payment received is non-refundable but the session may be rescheduled. If cancellation is made with 48 hours or less notice, all payment and session are forfeit.

Virtual Services

We request that all cancellation of service notification be given with at least one (1) week prior notice, if payment has not yet been rendered and training services have not begun. If payment has been received and cancellation notice is given one (1) week or more from the scheduled session date, refunds may be issued minus any service fees. In the event that cancellation is made within the one (1) week period leading up to the session, the payment received is non-refundable but the session may be rescheduled. If cancellation is made with 48 hours or less notice, all payment and session are forfeit.

We understand that life happens and we will do our best to work with you. If you do need to cancel for any reason, be sure to let us know and we can evaluate how best to proceed.
